The Dirt Comes Off. The Damage Doesn't.
Most exterior "damage" around here isn't weather. It's a crew using high pressure on siding that was never built for it — and we match the method to the surface every time.

One Crew. Every Exterior Surface. Done Right.
Fifteen specialized services, one accountable team. Whether it's algae creeping across your siding or a driveway that's gone gray, there's a proven process for it — and we've run that process thousands of times across Macomb County.
Power Washing
Commercial-grade pressure washing that strips years of grime off concrete, brick, and stone — the flagship service that built our name.
Explore Power Washing →Soft Washing
The safe, science-driven way to clean siding, roofs, and delicate surfaces — killing mold and algae at the root instead of blasting at symptoms.
Explore Soft Washing →House Washing
Our most-requested residential service: a complete, gentle exterior wash that erases years of grime, mold, and streaking from your home's siding.
Explore House Washing →Concrete Cleaning
Surface-cleaner technology and hot water restore concrete to its original color — no zebra stripes, no etching, no missed edges.
Explore Concrete Cleaning →Roof Cleaning
Those black streaks are eating your shingles. Our no-pressure roof cleaning removes them safely and extends the life of Michigan's hardest-working surface.
Explore Roof Cleaning →Gutter Cleaning
Full debris removal, downspout flushing, and a documented flow test — because the cheapest insurance against water damage is a gutter that actually works.
Explore Gutter Cleaning →Two Methods. Zero Guesswork. No Damage.
Here's an uncomfortable truth about our industry: most exterior damage isn't caused by weather. It's caused by crews blasting high-pressure water at surfaces that were never built to take it — stripped siding, etched wood, shattered window seals.
We built our entire operation around a dual-method approach. Hard surfaces like concrete, brick, and stone get commercial-grade pressure washing with surface cleaners that leave an even, streak-free finish. Delicate surfaces — vinyl siding, roofs, painted wood, screens — get soft washing: low pressure paired with professional cleaning solutions that kill mold, algae, and mildew at the root instead of just pushing them around.
The result is a deeper clean that lasts longer, on every surface, without a single repair bill.

The Transformation

Built in a Driveway. Trusted by The Home Depot.
In June 2022, two local kids — one fresh out of high school, one still a junior — started washing houses with a borrowed residential pressure washer and a Ford Escape. No investors. No fleet. Just a standard they refused to lower.
Justin Dillard and Landen Glefke personally completed over 350 jobs in those first years, learning the science of the trade from veterans across the country and reinvesting every dollar into professional truck-mounted systems and hot-water units.
Today MPWS maintains commercial properties for national brands across Southeast Michigan — and still shows up to every residential driveway with the same obsessive care that built our name.

Price Permanent Lighting Installation From a Photo of Your House
Every other lighting company sends someone out with a tape measure, or quotes you a guess over the phone. We wrote software instead.
Upload one photo. LightCast finds your roofline automatically, measures it in linear feet against a known reference on your own house, counts every peak and valley, and prices the job from that measurement — for permanent lighting installation that stays up year-round, or a seasonal holiday lighting installation we hang in November and remove in January.
- It scans by itself — no tracing, no tapping, no measuring tape
- See the colors on your own roofline — warm white year-round, red and green in December, team colors on a Friday night
- Your photo never leaves your phone — the whole thing runs in your browser

Answers Before You Even Ask
How much does power washing cost in Macomb County?
Every property is different, so we price by square footage and surface type rather than a one-size-fits-all rate. As a reference point, a full house wash on an average two-story home typically starts around $349. Your free estimate breaks everything down line by line before we schedule a thing.
What's the difference between power washing and soft washing?
Power washing uses high-pressure water to restore hard surfaces like concrete, brick, and stone. Soft washing uses low pressure paired with specialized cleaning solutions to safely treat siding, roofs, and other delicate surfaces where high pressure would cause damage. We're trained in both, and we choose the right method for each surface on your property — never the other way around.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry $2 million in general liability coverage and full workers' compensation on every technician, and we're happy to send both certificates before work begins. Ask any contractor for the same — workers' comp is the one people skip, and without it an injury on your property can become your problem.
How fast can you get me on the schedule?
Most estimates go out within 24 hours of your request, and the majority of residential jobs are scheduled within the week. We run Monday through Saturday, 8am to 10pm, which gives us far more scheduling flexibility than most crews in the county.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not at all. As long as we have access to water and the areas being cleaned, most clients simply go about their day. We send arrival updates, photograph our results, and follow up to make sure you're thrilled with the outcome.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Macomb County plus neighboring communities — from Warren and Sterling Heights up through Romeo and Armada, and east to the lakeshore communities of St. Clair Shores, Harrison Township, and New Baltimore. We also cover the Grosse Pointes and Harper Woods in Wayne County. If you're close to the county line, call us; odds are we already work in your neighborhood.
