The Commercial Cleaning Partner That National Brands Already Vetted

The Home Depot. Enterprise. AT&T. Staybridge Suites. When brands with rigorous vendor standards need exterior cleaning in Southeast Michigan, they call us — and your property gets the exact same crews, equipment, and accountability.

★★★★★ 4.9 rating · 177+ Macomb County clients

Your Property Is Your First Impression. We Keep It Immaculate.

Customers judge your business before they touch the door handle. A gum-spotted sidewalk, a grease-stained drive-thru, a facade streaked with grime — each one quietly costs you trust, foot traffic, and revenue. Our commercial division exists to make sure that never happens on your watch.

We maintain retail centers, restaurants, hotels, office buildings, apartment communities, schools, and industrial facilities across Southeast Michigan. Our truck-mounted hot-water systems operate fully self-contained, which means we don't need your water, your power, or your business hours — overnight and off-peak scheduling is standard, and your operations never skip a beat.

And because we're built for recurring commercial work, you get the things procurement departments care about: certificates of insurance on file, consistent crews who learn your property, documented before-and-after reporting, and invoicing that works with your AP process.

Why property managers stay

One Walkthrough. One Contract. Zero Headaches.

Most commercial relationships start the same way: a manager with one site that needs attention calls us for a one-time cleaning, watches how the crew operates, and asks about a maintenance schedule before we've packed up the hoses.

Quarterly, monthly, or custom-cadence programs keep your property at a consistent standard year-round — and locked-in program pricing means the budget line never surprises you. Every visit is documented with photos, so you can verify the work without leaving your desk.

Commercial Services FAQs

Can you work outside our business hours?

That's our default for occupied properties. Our crews run as late as 10pm six days a week, and overnight scheduling is available for sites where daytime work isn't an option. Most retail and restaurant clients never see us — just the results.

Do you carry commercial insurance?

Fully. We carry insurance at commercial levels, and certificates of insurance are provided before work begins — along with any vendor compliance documentation your organization requires. We've cleared vendor onboarding for multiple national brands.

Can you handle multiple locations?

Yes — multi-site contracts are a core part of our business. One point of contact, consistent standards at every property, consolidated invoicing, and reporting per location. If you manage a portfolio, that's exactly the client we built our commercial division for.

How is commercial work priced?

By scope, not by the hour. After a walkthrough (or a review of site plans for multi-location work), you get fixed line-item pricing per service, per site. Recurring maintenance programs earn preferred rates that stay locked for the contract term.
