Michigan concrete fails from the inside. Timing It Right

Late summer and September are ideal in the township: the slab is warm and dry, and protection is in place before the first freeze. Spring works after the salt is cleaned off and the concrete has had dry days. Reapplication runs every three to five years on penetrating sealer, and a water test tells you when it is due: if rain soaks in dark instead of beading, book it.
